Your grip says A LOT about you
Most folk don't really care to train their grip (shit me too until recently).
But your grip strength is a key factor in determining the quality of your life.
Grip is one of those things you take for granted til some shit happens and you're forced to address it.
In my case, I was experiencing some crazy elbow pain anytime I did particular exercises.
When experiencing joint pain, the site of the pain is not the source of the pain. You want to check below and above the site.
For addressing elbow pain, you have to check the muscles around your shoulders for strength, stability and mobility. Shoulders are above the elbow
If it's not your shoulders, then you want to Address the muscles around your wrist for strength, stability, and mobility.
For me, my shoulders are in pretty good shape all round (now they are) so that wasn't the issue.
The issue was my grip strength.
So I did an experiment to see if it was truly my grip that was causing stabbing pain in my elbow.
So I did some studying, applied what I learned, and low and behold, my elbow pain is completely gone and my grip strength is at its best so far.
I'm about solutions. If I have a problem, I find a way to fix it.
Now to fix the rest of my fucking life
