What kind of workouts are in the online workout packages?

The online workouts consist of body-weight exercises and equipmentif you own any. The focus is to keep your heart rate high enough to burn calories during your rests, while also building muscle and stability.

Do I need equipment?

No. You do not need equipment for the exercises. We do recommend an exercise mat, water bottle, and towel. We have enough exercises to fit any safe, home workout area.

What does your nutrition plan consist of? What should I eat?

Our nutrition plan is built to prepare your body for daily workouts and optimize recovery. Each plan is custom to the client, based on your physical fitness, daily activity, and fitness goals. You will receive a meal options list to build your meal plan.

What happens if I miss a workout?

You have 24 hours to make up a missed workout (no call no show). After 24 hours your workout window will be complete and your payment NOT refunded. We are not responsible for holding a slot open prior to your confirmation of the makeup workout.

Can I Reschedule a Workout?

Please give at least 3 hour notice that you will not be available for your scheduled workout. We will contact you within 24 hours to reschedule your workout. Makeup workouts (do to missed workouts with no contact) can NOT be rescheduled.
